Where movement meets meaning
Yoga practice videos. As a compliment to our therapy videos, your subscription to the video library also gives you access to all-level yoga videos to de-stress, ground, and move your body. All yoga sequences are intentionally crafted to weave together yogic wisdom with breath and movement to help regulate your nervous system and deepen your connection to yourself. Each month, we will offer you four shorter yoga practices (10-15 minutes) and one full-length class (45-60 minutes), giving you the ability to practice on your time. Maria (owner of MFSP) teaches the bulk of the yoga practices, plus we’ll also introduce you to guest teachers on occasion.
